The basic process for Returning Applicants is as follows:

February of each year: New registration forms will be available for the next school year. Returning students are guaranteed placement in the grade if the completed registration form is received by the last day of February. Forms are complete if they have been signed by (both) parents and guardian(s) and the registration fee is attached.

After March 1st: Registrations will still be accepted and considered as they are received and as space permits.

Acceptance: Notification of acceptance or denial will be mailed to each applicant within thirty (30) days from receipt of the registration form. Families have ten (10) days following receipt of acceptance to reject the offer of acceptance before becoming responsible for the full tuition.

After August 15th: Registrations will still be accepted and considered as they are received and as space permits. However, the ten (10) day grace period described in the Acceptance paragraph will not apply to applicants filing a registration form within ten (10) days from the start of the school year.
